Shipping Cost
We deliver your order directly to your home via DHL / Hermes / DPD.
Germany: Free shipping on orders over €60. For orders under €60, a flat rate of €5.95 applies.
Other EU Countries: We ship to all EU member states for a flat rate of €9,90. Shipping is free on orders over €150.
Important Note: Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. Unfortunately, we must charge you for any return shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Standard transit time takes approximately 2–5 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@buildingbrightmind.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Preparation of your return
1. Pack it: Place the items in their complete and original packaging inside the box (please do not separate item sets).
2. Fill out the form: Include the completed return slip inside the package.
3. Attach the label: Use the DHL / Hermes / DPD return label (you can find the link in your shipping confirmation email).
4. Drop it off: Hand over the package to DHL / Hermes / DPD and please keep your proof of posting in a safe place.
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
